Hi there—and truly, welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
You’ve landed in a space that’s a little bit personal, a little bit professional, and wholeheartedly honest. Little Belle’s Mama was created to reflect the real, multi-layered lives that so many of us lead: the ones where motherhood and career don’t compete, but instead, coexist. Where ambition is celebrated, rest is valued, and joy is often found in the in-between moments.
This blog is named after my daughter, Belle—a bright, curious little soul who changed the way I see the world. Becoming her mother sparked something inside me: a desire to not just capture the beautiful chaos of raising her, but to reflect on what it means to grow as a woman, a leader, and a human being, all while holding a little hand in mine.
But this space is about more than just us. It’s about all the women out there—especially those who, like me, are trying to wear many hats without losing themselves beneath them.
What This Blog Is About
Little Belle’s Mama is a place where I write about the things that matter most to me—and, I hope, to you too.
It’s for the mothers who are also professionals, creatives, travelers, dreamers. For women who crave honest conversation about the lives they’re building, and want to see themselves reflected in someone else’s story.
The blog covers a few key themes:
Motherhood: This is the heart of it all. I share stories about raising Belle, the small joys and the bigger challenges, the learning curves, and the ever-present question of “am I doing this right?” (Spoiler: no one fully is—and that’s okay). You’ll find reflections on parenting with presence, letting go of guilt, celebrating milestones, and embracing the magic of everyday moments.
Career & Ambition: I manage a multicultural team here in Europe—made up of people from different nationalities, all working together in one location. Leadership is something I take seriously. It challenges me, stretches me, and fulfills me. I write about the balance (or tension) between work and home life, the lessons I’ve learned as a leader, and the ways I continue to grow as a professional, even in seasons of exhaustion and chaos.
I believe women don’t need to shrink themselves to be mothers, and we don’t need to harden ourselves to lead. We can be soft and strong. Nurturing and driven. And we don’t need to apologize for any of it.
Travel: Travel has always been part of who I am. Whether I’m on a work trip or exploring a new place with Belle in tow, it brings me perspective, clarity, and inspiration. I share travel stories that are sometimes lighthearted, sometimes reflective—covering everything from navigating airports with a toddler to seeing cities through fresh eyes.
Travel helps me reconnect with myself, and also with the world. It reminds me how vast life is beyond our daily routines—and how connected we all are, across languages and cultures.
Random Topics: Some posts won’t fit into neat categories—and that’s the point. Life isn’t neatly divided into topics. Sometimes I write about routines, relationships, burnout, books, k-dramas, or unexpected thoughts that linger. These personal musings are often the most meaningful. They’re a reminder that we’re all just doing our best, trying to make sense of this beautifully complicated life.
Why I Started This Blog
To be honest, I didn’t start this blog with a plan to “build a brand” or launch a platform. I started writing because I needed a space where all parts of me could breathe.
Motherhood is a gift, but it can also be isolating. So can leadership. So can ambition, especially when you feel like you’re always balancing or bargaining time between your dreams and your responsibilities.
I needed a space where I could tell the truth about it all—the messy, the joyful, the funny, the tired, the proud.
I wanted a space where I could document this fleeting season with Belle, while also exploring the parts of myself that are still growing. I wanted to write about being a woman who is ambitious, loving, curious, and sometimes confused. And I wanted others to know: you’re not alone in this.
What I Hope You’ll Find Here
More than anything, I want Little Belle’s Mama to feel like a deep breath. A warm cup of coffee or tea. A cozy chair where you can sit for a while, feel understood, and leave just a little more inspired than you came.
I hope you find:
- Validation: That your experience—however complex—is valid.
- Encouragement: That you’re not behind. That you’re doing beautifully, even on the hard days.
- Connection: That you’re not the only one walking this tightrope between motherhood and ambition.
- Reflection: That it’s okay to pause, to question, to wonder out loud.
I’m not here to offer perfect advice or pretend I have it all figured out. I’m here to share the truth as I live it—and I hope that in some small way, it helps you feel more at home in your own story too.
A Note on Community
While this blog is deeply personal, it’s also meant to be a space for connection. I would love for you to be part of that. Whether you’re a mama, a leader, a creative, or simply someone who’s curious—there’s a seat for you at this table.
Feel free to comment, message me, or share your own reflections. The best part of writing is hearing how others connect to it. You don’t have to have it all figured out (I certainly don’t). You just have to show up—and I’m so glad you did.
Thank You
