Ever since I first held a camera in 2008, photography has been a part of my life. Whether it’s with my current iPhone 14 Plus, my Samsung S21 Plus, or our Canon camera, I find joy in capturing moments that matter. Photography, for me, is more than just taking pictures—it’s about preserving memories, emotions, and the beauty of everyday life.
I have always loved taking pictures of people, especially my husband and family. There’s something special about freezing a smile, a candid laugh, or a meaningful glance. But my passion doesn’t stop there. A breathtaking sunset, a peaceful landscape, or a charming old street can also catch my eye. The world is full of beauty, and I want to hold on to it through my lens.
When we moved to Germany in 2013, my love for photography only grew stronger. Exploring Europe whenever our budget allowed, I took countless pictures of the places we visited. From historical landmarks to hidden gems, I wanted to document every journey. Looking back at those photos now brings back the excitement of travel and the stories behind each adventure.
Nature has always been a source of inspiration for me. I love capturing the towering trees, the endless skies, and the ever-changing clouds. Sunrises and sunsets, in particular, hold a special place in my heart. Their colors and moods make each moment unique, and I never get tired of photographing them. Even inside our home, as we continue arranging and reorganizing our space, I find joy in documenting the small details that make it ours.
Food is another passion of mine, and I love capturing delicious meals, whether it’s a beautifully plated dish at a restaurant or a home-cooked meal made by my husband. The colors, textures, and presentation of food make it a wonderful subject for photography. Every meal tells a story, whether it’s a special dinner out or a lovingly prepared dish at home.
Now, life has given me a new, favorite subject—our daughter. Every little moment with her feels precious, and I want to capture it all. Her laughter, her curiosity, and her milestones are now the heart of my photography. She is growing up so fast, and through my camera, I can keep these memories alive forever.
